驱动板输出奇怪!

前两天自己做的板子,昨天把元件焊上去测试,用示波器测得第11脚和14脚输出均为10v的直流电平.

今天换了芯片,把死区电阻换成了180欧RT换成了2.2nf,11 14 脚输出依旧是直流10v,同时测得1 ,2脚电压在3点几伏左右10脚6.3v其他引脚电压都是10v.大家帮我看看这到底是什么原因.
