可控硅耐压不够,可以串联使用以提高耐压吗?

各位师傅,请问可控硅可控硅耐压不够,可以串联使用以提高耐压吗?触发极是直接并联还是怎么处理?另我有一船机,单硅后级,硅是从单位找的,1500A/1600V,平板的,用DB3触发,可是在试机时莫名其妙地挂了好几个(没有短路,倍压输出900V,可控硅耐压应该够了呀,而用100A/1000V的小硅则工作一切正常.)是DB3触发电流太小的原因吗?(用1500A/1600V硅的目的抗过流短路和防止空载烧硅)我想用触发变压器来触发,可不知电路怎么搞,能教教我吗?先谢谢了!

变压器是用旧电脑电源里的滤波磁环做的,用它原来的漆包线,20匝+8匝+8匝,用1个图腾柱推1个触发变压器

可控硅这样串 4047触发部分用一个磁环就可以
绕三个绕组初级一个接4047 次级两个分别接硅G

小磁环只要初级3圈,次级两组2圈好了,可控硅串联,4047加图腾柱加50v2.2uf电容推小磁环,次极一头接g极,一头接k极
