最上面爱立信电源中辅助电源用的什么IC?

爱立信的那块电源,你用示波器测试波形了吗?

UCC2875是移相全桥软开关的控制芯片,怎么确定是LLC全桥的呢?有什么根据吗?谢谢.如果有示波器可测试一下驱动波形.

LLC空载功耗是不会有这么大的,看样子应该是全桥的.有没有更好的电源想找个玩玩.

不是全桥!因为我看过管子,有3个IRF840,不是2个,不是4个,而是3个,不知道具体是什么电路

根据你说的情况,很象全桥拓扑,基于UC2875的ZVS控制,所以,在轻载下效率低,空载空耗大.

较肯定的应不是LLC,也很有可能是不对称半桥

我觉得应该不是LLC,我仔细看了艾默生的那款,个人猜测应该是基于UC2875控制的ZVS移相全桥,变压器原边加谐振电感.所以带来的问题是空载或轻载情况下效率低,带负载效率会提高.


艾默生的那款和爱立信的那款原理基本上一样,部分元件用料不一样,布局不一样.如,爱立信的磁芯用飞利浦的3F3EE55磁芯,艾默生用EE42,爱立信的输出电感用两个磁环并联使用,而艾默生只用一个磁环,爱立信用三块板,艾默生只有一块,爱立信后面板上有11个器件,艾默生只有8个(4个IRF840,以此推测应该为全桥拓扑),不知道二者开关频率如何,待测试.总体感觉艾默生那款就是爱立信降成本型号.

从电路板的标签来看,爱立信应该是98年产,而艾默生应该是2003年产,二者时间相差5年.

绝缘材料,爱立信用的是白色的,比较厚实,艾默生用的粉红色,厚度较薄

二者标称完全一样,目前不敢断定其性能孰优孰劣,但仅从硬件成本上来看,爱立信的成本明显要高于艾默生.

我把卡子拆下来看过 只有3个840,难道看错了!这个星期回去再检查一下!!!再来汇报
