在晶体管大庆购买的爱立信电源测试(爱立信电源是全桥软开关电路...还有通信电源哦4800W
周末回去测试了一下爱立信通信电源,质量确实大大的好,重量大概6斤,无风扇设计,功率因数校正用到的是L4981,主电源部分用的是UC2875,主变压器用的是EE55,飞利浦3F3磁芯,查资料称频率可以用到200KHZ-1MHZ,确实很厉害,高频损耗小.这次测试了一下,空载27.2W,发现空载通电2个小时,外壳很热,磁芯也很热,主开关管那边也很烫,空载功率因数只有0.4 ,通过接一逆变器(24V-220V)带2个200W的灯泡功率因数达到0.98,带载感觉并没有空载那么热,是全桥电路,下面多图,测试很辛苦,如果觉得好希望大家顶顶

我觉得应该不是LLC,我仔细看了艾默生的那款,个人猜测应该是基于UC2875控制的ZVS移相全桥,变压器原边加谐振电感.所以带来的问题是空载或轻载情况下效率低,带负载效率会提高.
艾默生的那款和爱立信的那款原理基本上一样,部分元件用料不一样,布局不一样.如,爱立信的磁芯用飞利浦的3F3EE55磁芯,艾默生用EE42,爱立信的输出电感用两个磁环并联使用,而艾默生只用一个磁环,爱立信用三块板,艾默生只有一块,爱立信后面板上有11个器件,艾默生只有8个(4个IRF840,以此推测应该为全桥拓扑),不知道二者开关频率如何,待测试.总体感觉艾默生那款就是爱立信降成本型号.
从电路板的标签来看,爱立信应该是98年产,而艾默生应该是2003年产,二者时间相差5年.
绝缘材料,爱立信用的是白色的,比较厚实,艾默生用的粉红色,厚度较薄
二者标称完全一样,目前不敢断定其性能孰优孰劣,但仅从硬件成本上来看,爱立信的成本明显要高于艾默生.
