You can draw the footprint by yourself. The diemension of pad can be defined by yourself.

双击焊盘或放置焊盘时按TAB键就会出焊盘的对话框选择方形就行了，要是孔也要方的话就在新建或编辑元件时在焊盘中心在禁止布线层画一个方形。
