能源之星里有“Replaceable ballast”这么一项功能：Ballasts in all fixtures (including portables) must be accessible and removable by an electrician without the cutting of wires and without damage to the fixture housing, trim, decorative elements or the carpentry (e.g., ceiling drywall) to which the fixture is attached.
在LED日光灯中，我把“Replaceable ballast”理解为电源。这样的话，如果有一个统一的标准对600MM,1200MM和1500MM的日光灯功率做一个规定（或行业共识），进而对电压、电流也作出规定。然后对安装尺寸也作出规定。这样各个厂家生产出的电源就可以互换。同时，这个安装在灯管里容易装卸的部位。我觉得这样才是真正符合环保的事情。
