HF5100HG
这是一台80C196KB微型控制器构成的变频器,型号是东洋“HF5100HG”.故障现象是操作面板LED无显示,操作按钮没反映,所有的输入端口无响应!从现象上看是控制器非正常工作.用示波器对5V电源部分测量无异常,M3771复位电路同样正常,分别检查了ROM,RAM八位数据线以及地址线和其他门电路均正常.现维修进入困境,有请同行们给予赐教.
