但是规范上没有解释不了解
其含义?

Alternator Whine Procedure
A simulated alternator whine waveform is superimposed on the battery voltage at the DC power input of the product under test, at nominal battery voltages of 13.8 and 16V DC. The waveform is a 1/2 wave rectified sine wave of 1 volt amplitude with postive going spikes of 3 volts amplitude. The waveform is swept from 200 to 4000Hz .
