40w输出,80%效率要如何做到
想请问一下网络上的朋友,我的输出有五组:分别是standby电沥 +5Vaux,main power有+5Vo,-12Vo,+3.3Vo,与+12Vo,总输出满载为200w,目前需做20%的load(40w),效率要达80%,请问一下,有何方法可以做到,真的想不出来了..>_<..thank you.

目前只知道主架构用dualswitchforward而已..不过,有个同事做240w,帮我测200w的20%load条件,效率只有79.3%而已..真是苦恼丫..所以,想请问这里的高手指点一下,谢谢20%Load:+5.08Vo->1.37a+3.33Vo->1.645a+12Vo->2.124a-12Vo->0.02a5.08Vaux->0.356a100Vinac=>eff:79.43%115Vinac=>eff:80%Thankyou.
80+要求測試輸入電壓是115Vac, 不需要測試到100Vac,有沒有加SR?

Hi!DearJacki: 关于100Vac,是客户的要求,至于说PFC的效率,是没有实际量过,不过,刚才问同事,他并没有量,我想,我会量量看,不过,想请问一下,40W的LOAD,100Vinac,eff.80%,有什么方法可以做出来呢?因为,如果考量到量产的话,至少要再提升1%,也就是要81%以上才够,不知您是否可以建议一下..谢谢..我副理说,以他十多年的经验,是没办法做到的..>_
我不知道你用了哪些技術來提高效率,以這麼小的負載來看,如果用硬開關的話開關損耗會占絕大多數的損耗,所以軟開關或者降低頻率應該能夠對效率的提升有所幫助的,可是有時候會受其它條件的限制,你得綜合考慮一下實際情況.

提高1%是不是要减少0.4W 的损耗?5V,3.3V 的输出端有什么功率损耗器件吗?

Hello!Jacki:我不是很了解您所说的「用哪些技术来提高效率」,目前我们部门评估mainswitch是用dualswitchforward,输出侧12V和5V是用SR没错...另外,PFC和PWM我用是用定频IC,PFC是用65KHz左右,PWM如果没错的话是用100KHz左右.
你用的同步整流吗?那考虑一下我们的同步整流IC SP6002,理由见Word 文件.1151316586.pdf1151316835.pdf1151316848.doc1151316885.pdf
