用TL494及PIC16C73A做的逆变器

此电路功能应是比较完善的.有升压稳压.过流保护,欠压保护功能.不会让你的电池过放.因为用单片机来控制调试方便.还很小就做过工频方波逆变器.那时做太笨重了.现用开关变压器,体积小,空载电流小....等等.

R3,4,15,16大了,用4.7R就够了,不然MOS发热很厉害的;功率多大的?看你的电路应该是12V输入的,MOS管就没必要用100V耐压的了,用60N06或者75N75都行,可能价格还要便宜点.12V没加保险丝就没必要加1N5401了.

好象没有电压反馈?

  我按我的电路接上来试了,可以逆变,但不稳压,波形失真严重.带负载起动会烧ir2110,输出滤波也有问题,还是要请教你呀!你给的线路我仿真过,有几点不了解的,RA1市电欠压不会反转,为何还要方波输入?充电要在什么时候才会充电?RC5引脚有何用?因上班不能上QQ,有事可否发电邮给我?LIUPAM@126.COM  谢!

散热器这么小,开不了几分钟就会很烫的啦

各位大佬帮帮忙呀!现在做到后级,问题大了.总是否可以逆变.搞烧我n个IR2110S了.我测量那波形很好了,为何还个烧IR2110S.其它不烧专烧贵东西!!!!!!哪个大佬帮帮忙呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
