请教TNY278做的12V1A电源问题

我用TNY278和PI的一个DEMO方案(EPR91)做了一个12V1A的电源,空载时12V相对比较正常,可是加载后,就出现一个三角波(负载在350MA)左右,具体电路图和波形见下面的图片,请各位大虾帮忙分析下,谢谢!

对拉,我有些元件和电路图上的不一样
比如P6KE150A:我用几个稳压二极管串成150V的稳压
1N5255B:28V的稳压二极管,我用27V的稳压二极管
BYV28-200:我用了FR304
