请教高手,LED手电用何升压IC?
前段听一朋友说有个手电用收音机都听不了的电池还可以点亮10几个小时,就想自己做个LED手电,想法是用DC-DC的IC,用一节或两节干电池,目的在于榨干电池的能量.带7/8颗高亮LED(大草帽类的),找了一下,好象有什么LM95XX系列的IC可以用,又找不到该系列的PDF以及典型应用电路,望高手赐教.谢谢!
