你如果不嫌麻烦就绕成
第一:次:40匝
第二:初:0.8/3x3排绕成4x4匝
第三:次:40匝
第四:初:0.8/3x3再绕4x4匝
第五:次:40匝
就是麻烦一点

平绕的话初级要分二层绕才行,变成次初次初次

关健初级还是要做的对称,这个EC40初级是3平方足够输出400瓦的功率能满足背机小溪小河使用

我按照楼主的方法绕了一个,想测一下空载电流,空载不起振直接带200W灯也不振,接上单硅后级工作正常,是不是我饶的不对啊?

空载不起振?不会吧,你是什么电路

在变压器输出次级上接一100W试下是否会亮,按理接上单硅会正常一定是你测量有误!如真能如你所说一样那恭喜你:你无意中发明了自控机…哈哈

他激的不带负载是不会不起振的,一定是测量问题
直接带200W灯泡可能是过流保护了
莫非你的电路有过压保护锁定

昨天接上单硅后级,下水试机效果还行间歇工作1.5小时低频两边场管微温,温度一样

你总不能连万用表也没吧?真没的话买个表后再做也不迟

呵呵,所谓起不起振频率超过22KHZ以上(超声波)耳朵是不能听出来的,通瞬间咯的一声是因为后级滤波电容充电,短时间负载功率很大引起的变压器啸叫.

有啊!想测一下空载电流,怎么也不振,昨天下水试机抬起一杆机器就停振,我想了两天也没想明白,谢谢高手指教!
