每500伏特的安全距离为1MM左右呢?

平常打高压,是否可以这么理解,每500伏特的安全距离为1MM左右呢?初级对地爬电距离3MM,空间距离1.5MM呢?是否正确。

一、安全间距

1.  LN之间3mm以上,空间距离1.8mm以上,不足时开1mm以上的槽增加沿面距离。

2. 初次级间6.4mm以上,空间距离5mm以上,不足时开1mm以上的槽增加沿面距离。

3. 初级与外壳地4.5mm以上,空间距离3mm以上,不足时开1mm以上的槽增加沿面距离

4高压与地之间铜箔距离1mm以上,其它无要求铜箔间距离0.5mm以上。

今天又遇到这个问题,裸板测试老化没问题 ,等灌封(防水电源)后,高温老化后,出现声音,并且输出电压掉了2V左右,拆开电源剪掉地线(原本地线接外壳并且跟PCB板子的Y电容连接的),只接外壳后就没问题了 ,大家能否给个解释。

外壳是接输入还是输出的地!

最好是两边都接地!

安全方面的考虑!

有一点不理解:

“附注:决定是否符合要求前,内部器件应先施与10N力,外壳应施与30N力,以减小其距离.....”

我的理解是在空间上加一定的电压,然后看漏电流,但这个漏电流是多大才符合标准呢?

今天又遇到这个问题,裸板测试老化没问题,等灌封(防水电源)后,高温老化后,出现声音,并且输出电压掉了2V左右,拆开电源剪掉地线(原本地线接外壳并且跟PCB板子的Y电容连接的),只接外壳后就没问题了,大家能否给个解释。
灌封后材料的介电常数变了,你在暗室内观察那里有电晕,适当补救。

我是这样理解的:压迫板子,可以缩小爬电距离;压迫外壳,可以缩小电气间隙。一个是平面上的一个是空间的。对应不同的措施,以人为因素,来模拟最坏的情况下:爬电距离和电气间隙是否能够满足安规需求。

不认同bode的看法。这个和空气电击穿有关。

理论上,空气是绝缘的,但是在一定距离、强电压下,这个位置的空气,有可能发生击穿,也就不再绝缘了。至于机理,设计到物理化学、空气组分等方面的知识。其实这个在高压电的传输方面体会的更深。
