拓扑有点不可思议。楼主再审查仔细点!
假如Q1导通是给C1、C2充电,那么,Q1截止时。C1、C2是否给负载放电?
如果是这样,应该是个开关恒功率电源。
再假如Q1导通给C1、C2充电的同时,C1、C2在负载放电,如果是这样,应该是个开关恒流源。
