电力电子课程设计,请教做什么方面的相对比较有价值。

本人研一,上电力电子设计课程最近需要做课程设计。本人背景:没什么项目经验,这是上的第二门电力电子课,只是学完了mohan的power electronics书和erickson 的fundamentals of power electronics。

设计要求如下:

1.design a practical  power converter越实际越好

The converter should be stable under feedback control, have appropriate input and output filters, and with components having adequate ratings.

2. Output power  大于12 W.

3.  If you design a non-isolated converter, you have two options:

{ Use peak current control.

{ Use voltage mode control but the converter has to operate in discontinuous conduction mode.

4.If you design an isolated converter, you can use voltage control, but your feedback signals shouldn break the electrical isolation barrier.

5. All the components in your design must be commercially available.

6.画出电路图而且要layout 通过an automatic DFM (Design For Manufacturability) check.

我现在只是学了书本知识,没有实际动手经验,这次的project也是个很好的锻炼,我就是想请教大家我这个project取材方面的问题,做什么方面的power converter会比较好一点。project的时间是4月中旬结束。所以时间的把握也是一个问题。求助各位电源大虾了!!

额,就flyback吗。就是书上学的flyback还是需要其他什么。关于这个flyback老师在要求中关于元器件的选择的时候有提到。

When possible , the component values should be entered as a range, a minimum,or maximum value to meet your design goal. Describe how the values of the components were selected. For example:

For the   fly-back converter to remain in discontinuous conduction mode over the entire load range I need an transformer with a magnetizing inductance

LM  350 H. The magnetizing inductance used is of 

L = 312H. This is the inductance of fly-back transformer wound on an RM-12 3F3 core with 12 turns of AWG14 wire in the primary as described below.

The inductor has a series resistance of RL = 115m. A plot of the V-I curve of the PDS760 schottky diode shows that over the operating range the diode has a constant forward drop of 0.6 V. At full load, these two components will have a total loss of 12 W. Hence, the eciency target of 90% at full load can be met by selecting a Mosfet that will lead to less than 5 W of losses. The IRF6674TRPbF

Mosfet will experience a total of 3 W of loss (1 W conduction loss) and meets the voltage requirements for this design.

额,可能因为是英文的大家没兴趣看,那我把它翻译一下。
