请问中小功率电源设计高手!

请问IXYS公司的快恢复二极管DSEI2X101-12A用于电源变压器次边做整流二极管使用时能工作的最高工作频率,有高手在100KHZ以上用过吗?
注:其反向恢复时间为35ns
请高手赐教!!!

That is not a problem,but you‘d better to know that the lower working frequency,the more heat loss,if it can pass the thermal test,you can use it at higher working frequency.
