要求压降小.越小越好...电流是1.5A以内的电路..3.7V-7.4V的电压.
有几种方案..
1如第一图..电路比较烦.
2如第二图..不知道可行性,电路是否对.
3用IN4001类硅管,但有0.7V压降..
4用锗管...不知道有哪几种适合,压降不知道多少.
